Most of the rules are put into place because of a select few trying to pull fast ones on us, these rules are put in effect not only to protect us but also to protect you the customer. It is unfortunate that we must be as strict as we are, however a few bad apples in the bunch makes everyone else suffer. |
| Privacy: We do not keep your paper work on hand. You will not receive e-mails from us except for confirmations and or to ask a question on your order, you will not receive flyers from us, and we will not give your information to anyone. All paper work from your order will be shredded before it is thrown away for good. Credit Card payments utilize secure server technology to protect your private info. We do reserve the right to contact anyone if there is a suspicious charge placed to make sure it is the cardholder ordering and not an underage child or con artist. |
| Shipping: We ship usually the same day or next day depending on when your order comes in. All orders are sent in plain packaging using the United States Post Office's 2-3 day Priority Mail or via UPS shipping. We also utilize delivery confirmation so that we can track your orders status; however we do not give out tracking info for security reasons. If you give a bad address, and or if you move remember UPS DOES NOT have access to or use change of address forms. If a package has to be rerouted because you gave us a bad address you will be charged a $7 fee to pay for the fee UPS charges us. |
| Payment Forms: We accept all major credit cards, and must insist that the info you submit matches the cardholder. We will contact the issuing bank of the card to make sure that it does. Checks take 2 weeks to be verified, anyone ordering with a bad check will be subject to extra fees. Money orders and checks must be sent in before an order will be shipped, for adult items a proper state issued ID must also be sent in with your money order or check payment. Proper ID is a state drivers license or ID card with matching name and address on it proving that you live at that residence and that you are 18 years of age or older. Pay Pal orders are shipped to the confirmed name and address on the account only! We will not send payments back that are sent in if they do not have the required ID (only applies for adult items) |
| Age & Legal: You must be 18 to order from us using a check, depending on the product there are also age restrictions listed on our site that are enforced. |
| Attempted Fraud: We do not tolerate credit-check fraud. We manually verify account holders name, phone and address. If this does not match the order will be deleted. If you even attempt to use a stolen credit card you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, our privacy policy will also be void to anyone who disputes any charge or fraudulently places a charge. Any bad checks or charge backs will be billed the following ways: #1 The full amount of the sale will be sent to collections. #2 All charge back fees will be added to the amount. #3 A $100 administration fee will be added to the previous amount. #4 The total will then be subject to an additional 30% to pay our collection agency, we also reserve the right to add any additional charges that are imposed on us from the charge back or bad check. |
| Insurance/Theft/Damage:
UPS orders are fully insured automatically.
Damage/Theft is the shippers responsibility, we will
still package the items as good as we possibly can and
make every attempt to get your merchandise delivered to
you on time in undamaged condition but we can no longer
accept responsibility. In event of product shortage you
must contact us within 24 hours; we will check our
inventory to determine if this was an error on our end or
shipper theft. In the event of product damage contact us
ASAP; we can explain how you can get a full
refund/replacement free of charge from the shipper if you
used UPS! Sorry those of you outside of the |
| Returns: Normally we do not accept returns, however in certain cases at our discretion we may allow you to send back unused items. Please e-mail us before sending any items back. Any items sent back without proper authorization will not be refunded, items that are cleared to be returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded. |
| Cancellations: We do not cancel orders after they have been submitted. The only time we do this is if there is an error on our part, we find attempted fraud or a minor attempting to illegally place an order. We do not have the manpower to deal with those of you who order and cancel on a daily basis; our processing company also charges us money for this each and every time. You are only hurting our true customers by making it impossible for us to keep our prices down or lower them. |
